Daniel Todd

Regional Manager

Dan Todd spent his formative years in England and Europe gaining an appreciation for global cuisine, fine wines, and adventure. He brings that spirit of exploration to his work with Parry Restaurant Group, whether he’s overseeing a region or starting a new operation. He loves that PRG restaurants span the spectrum of casual tap houses, hometown favorites, and fine dining — each unique and inviting.

Stephan Parry hired Dan for his first restaurant management job back in 1996 at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. They worked together in Richmond and then Northern Virginia, while Dan continued to elevate his skills. Certified through the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust, Dan ventured into the wine world as a district sales manager for Constellation and Santa Margherita before rejoining PRG in 2019.

A well-rounded adventure seeker, Dan mountain bikes, swims, cooks, and enjoys “flying strange machines.” Dan has a helicopter pilot’s license and also enjoys powered paragliding. In case you’re not familiar, this entails using a specialized fan to inflate a parachute to remain aloft! He also has two adult children who live in New York and Boston.
