Anne Dickerson
Project Management
Anne defies a single title as she really is the Swiss Army Knife of PRG. Her myriad experiences, serving as a vice president in the corporate world, managing restaurants, directing events, and serving with nonprofits, have honed her no-nonsense work ethic that cuts through the chaos and brings order.
A self-starter who excels in fast-paced environments and also works well with teams, Anne uses her experience to support PRG with the opening of new locations, implementing new systems, and understanding changes in regulations. When a piece of equipment isn’t working, Anne finds the fix. When a new system comes online, Anne is working behind the scenes to make the transition seamless. When there’s a tricky staff issue, she gets the call.
Yes, she holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, but it’s really the work ethic she learned from her dad that helps her get things done. That’s also what she appreciates about PRG — she said Stephan Parry is a person of integrity who strives for his properties to be consistent in quality and product and to keep the customer at the forefront.
Anne may be great with people — she’s won both work and volunteer awards through the years — but she most loves dogs. Her wedding vows even included the fact that she could only have two dogs at a time! My Dog Duke’s Diner and its commitment to donate sales from its t-shirts to help buy pet food through Animeals (a partner with Meals on Wheels) has a special place in her heart.
