An accomplished Hospitality Executive, Mark came to the Parry Restaurant Group after serving as the Vice President of Food & Beverage, Americas, for the Cachet Hospitality Group and Chief Operating Officer for the Iron Cactus Restaurant Group. He also served as General Manager of the iconic Occidental Grill & Seafood and Club Manager for The Tower Club (ClubCorp of America).
With undergraduate studies at George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, Mark leverages a versatile skill set in business development, process improvement, lowering costs, and increasing efficiency.
